Matt Wright is a co-founder in a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in Austin, TX. He made the switch to entrepreneurship from journalism and tech in 2013 with Wright Bros. Brew & Brew, one of Austin's first coffee-and-beer concepts–and, yes, with his brother as one of the co-founders. Since then, he's been a part of starting Hold Out Brewing, Better Half Coffee & Cocktails, and the multi-location coffeeshop and bar Little Brother.

Jaja Chen is a second-generation Taiwanese American entrepreneur and Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Waco, Texas. She is the co-founder and co-owner of Cha Community, a boba tea small business with multiple locations in Waco and Temple, TX. Founded in 2018 with her spouse, Devin Li, Cha Community began as a pop-up at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market and has grown into a thriving business with three cafes and two food trucks.
