Luis Delgado is the founder and president of The Critical Update Inc, a leading IT and cybersecurity firm dedicated to protecting small and mid-sized businesses across Central Texas. With over two decades of experience in technology and business strategy, Luis is deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs not only survive the ever-evolving threat of cyberattacks, but to also use technology as a tool to enable growth.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Economic Growth Business Incubator (EGBI), an Austin-based nonprofit that helps under-resourced entrepreneurs—many of whom face language, financial, or educational barriers—build sustainable businesses. His work with EGBI reflects his commitment to economic development and the well-being of the community.

He also serves on the Board of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber Foundation, where he actively supports its mission to advance economic mobility through the Chamber’s five strategic pillars: education, health & wellness, economic development, leadership, and civic engagement.
