Mia Lawson is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Phrostbite Italian Ice, a family-run dessert brand serving Houston communities with handcrafted, dairy-free Italian Ice. She holds a B.S. in Communication and Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and brings nearly a decade of experience in education, communications, and digital media.

In addition to leading product development, marketing, and customer engagement at Phrostbite, Mia is a seasoned educator and former virtual personal assistant, where she supported entrepreneurs through social media strategy, brand building, and event coordination. Her skills in relationship management, analytics, and storytelling have helped shape Phrostbite’s vibrant brand identity and loyal customer base.
