Small Business Leaders Join Press Event on Affordable Health Care

This week, Small Business Majority network member Andrea Deutsch participated in a press event hosted by Economic Security Project Action and Representative Adam Gray (D-CA) in support of the Protecting Health Care and Lowering Costs Act of 2025.

The legislation would repeal the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s cuts to Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act and make enhanced premium tax credits permanent, strengthening access to affordable coverage for small business owners and their employees.

Andrea shared how the Affordable Care Act marketplace and premium tax credits allow her, as a type 1 diabetic, to access quality health care and save about $700 per month on premiums.
