Bianca Blomquist

Bianca Blomquist leads Small Business Majority’s California operations, including outreach on programs and policy, external affairs, fundraising, and legislative activities. Bianca serves on the Board of the California EDGE Coalition and on the Board of California Association of Main Streets (CAMS). In addition to her role as California Director, Bianca leads Small Business Majority's federal policy portfolio on labor and employment law issues. She is also on the Steering Committee for the California Work & Family Coalition (CAWFC), as an Advisory Board Member of the Northern California SBDC Regional Network, and on an advisory group for Covered California. 

Prior to joining Small Business Majority, Bianca served as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill for a member of the House Financial Services Committee. She lobbied for five years on healthcare, transportation, labor and trade issues in Washington, D.C. Throughout her career, Bianca has campaigned in California, Minnesota and Wisconsin on state and national initiatives that impact the status of working families throughout the country. Bianca graduated from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona with a Masters in Legal Science on healthcare and tax policy.
