Small business owner testify in support of removing barriers for undocumented entrepreneurs

Colorado small business owner Alejandro Flores-Muñoz joined testified in favor of SB 21-199, which allows undocumented entrepreneurs to access certain business and professional licenses. 

Alejandro shared, “Immigrant entrepreneurs like me create 1 in 10 jobs in the United States and are the lifeblood of the small business community. We want to work within the legal system, and we want to fully participate and contribute to our communities, but we need support from lawmakers if we are going to survive the economic crisis brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.”
