Small Business Majority submits testimony to the Minnesota House Committee on Workforce, Labor, and Economic Development Finance and Policy in opposition to HF 1768

On May 27, Small Business Majority Senior Public Policy Director Awesta Sarkash submitted testimony in opposition to HF 1768, legislation that would weaken components of Minnesota's noncompete ban. If passed, this bill would make it increasingly difficult for small businesses to hire skilled employees in a struggling labor market.
