Sacramento—The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce has joined Small Business Majority’s strategic partnership program—a network of more than 150 business organizations across the country working together to educate small business owners about national and state-level legislation and how it impacts their business.

The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce is an umbrella membership organization made up of more than 55 Hispanic chambers of commerce members throughout California, and it advocates for, empowers and educates California's Hispanic businesses.

Small Business Majority is a national small business advocacy organization, founded and run by small business owners to focus on the biggest problems facing small firms today.

“California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce is delighted to partner with Small Business Majority. It is important for us to partner with organizations that will provide our members with important information and updates on resources and policies that impact small businesses,” said Julian Canete, President and CEO. “We look forward to working with Small Business Majority to provide our members and the Hispanic business community with even more critical information about the issues affecting them most, including access to responsible lending, healthcare, taxes and more.”

Through Small Business Majority’s strategic partnership program, California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce members will be able to participate in a host of events, including calls with policy experts. They’ll also have the opportunity to visit Washington D.C. to advocate on issues important to the small business community.

“We’re thrilled to have California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce join our strategic partnership program,” said Mark Herbert, California Director for Small Business Majority. “We look forward to working with the organization and its members to continue to make small business voices heard from California to the corridors of Capitol Hill.”
