Access to quality and affordable reproductive healthcare, including preventive services, is critical for ensuring full participation in entrepreneurship and business ownership.
On November 20, Small Business Majority filed an amicus brief alongside nearly 40 companies and individuals doing business in Texas before the Texas Supreme Court in the case of Zurawski v. Texas. The brief argues that the state's restrictive abortion bans are bad for the business community and are having a negative impact on the state’s economy—including an estimated $14.5 billion in lost revenue each year.
