Workforce of the future -- Are we ready? <br>Roundtable discussion for resource providers <br><br>Does your organization provide workforce training programs geared for high schoolers and/or youth ages 16 to 24? Are you interested in collaborating with local small businesses to train youth in San Diego through work-based learning opportunities? <br><br>If so, we want to hear from you! <br><br>Join us for a roundtable discussion about how workforce training agencies, educators and youth development organizations can coordinate with local small business owners to create work-based learning opportunities. Many school districts, non-profit organizations and other entities are working with local high school students and youth ages 16 to 24 to prepare them for the workforce.
