<br>Kelly Rolfe Financial Services, Covered Community and Small Business Majority are partnering to host a roundtable discussion with Los Angeles small business owners about challenges your business faces in finding qualified workers and what the small business community can do about it. Many school districts, non-profit organizations and other entities are working with local high school students to prepare them for the workforce. Small business owners now have an opportunity to be a part of this process and provide their insights on what training, skills and experience they need.
<br>This forum is the first in this series, specifically designed for small business owners and business leaders. We will be hosting a related forum for educators, youth organizations, job training agencies and others as a follow up.
