While many employers are innovating and implementing creative wellness programs, they seldom share their best practices with others or have the opportunity/time to hear what their peers are doing. In addition, recent legislation such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) presents opportunities that vary greatly from employer to employer based on company size, industry and location. <br>Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and Small Business Majority are hosting a roundtable discussion for small business owners to offer their thoughts on adopting and implementing wellness programs, including desired benefits for employees and return on investment for their companies. The findings from this discussion will be culminated in a report to inform elected officials, business leaders, and wellness experts on what kind of wellness programs local companies are most interested in adopting.
