What

Small business owners spend their days concentrating on their particular specialty, but there’s one thing they have in common: they all have to contend with a host of workforce issues. One of these issues making the news lately is raising the minimum wage. In light of the recent passing of a higher minimum wage in St. Louis City and the lawsuit around it, we want to hear your thoughts and concerns on raising the minimum wage as small employers.

At this roundtable, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Discuss policy proposals surrounding raising the minimum wage and how it will impact small businesses in St. Louis

• Learn about policies that help bolster bottom lines and increase consumer spending at small businesses

• Examine the effect a minimum wage increase has on local economies and small businesses

Small business owners do everything they can to grow their businesses, but in order to thrive, entrepreneurs need policies that help ensure future success. Please join our conversation to have your voice heard on policies surrounding minimum wage.
