Pushing The Envelope: Federal, state, and local contracting opportunities for women business owners

ICYMI: In an effort to counteract the acute economic impacts of COVID-19 on small business owners, Congress passed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) which sets aside $370 billion to spur transportation projects across the country. Notably, 10% of federal dollars are earmarked for socially and economically disadvantaged government contractors.
