New York CDFIs: Developing resilience

Join Small Business Majority and community development leaders from across New York State to gather in Albany for our annual statewide conference titled NYS CDFIs: Developing Resilience.

Resilience means different things to different people, including:

• The capacity to withstand or recover quickly from stress;
• The process of adapting to challenging life experiences; and
• The ability of people and communities to prepare for and respond to climate change.

This year, conference panels and workshops will explore how CDFIs are uniquely positioned to support efforts to develop and sustain resilience in the communities they serve, as well as examine strategies that can strengthen our institutions. New York Director, Lindsey Vigoda, will be speaking at a small business roundtable.
