To recap: we are going to work together to create an investable, community-generated action plan for the small business ecosystem in Fresno.

We will focus on: 

• establishing a collaborative culture
• defining the vision and objectives for the Fresno ecosystem,
• prioritizing gaps and opportunities, and 
• developing an action plan for implementation. ($250,000 fund set aside so the ecosystem can implement the plan at the end of the process)

To guide our efforts, we will be aligning this process with the LISC framework for ecosystem strategy setting, leveraging lessons learned from previous ecosystem initiatives, and incorporating human-centered design thinking.

Compensation will be provided for participating in the planning process.

Next Steps:

1. Accept our calendar holds: Our first planning meetings are in-person and scheduled for March 12 and 13. Future meetings are scheduled for April 29 (in-person), June 12 (in-person), and August 6 (virtual). Please complete this Doodle poll to identify the best times for the meeting by February 9.
2. Send participant recommendations: If there are any organizations you believe should be integral to this process, please let us know by next Wednesday, February 7th.
3. Submit your Fresno map drawings: Those who haven't submitted drawings from our Kickoff activity, you can upload them via the provided Google Form or email them directly to me by February 9.
4. Complete this ecosystem assessment: Please complete the Ecosystem Assessment by February 23rd, which will provide more granular data about each participating organization.
