former Stockton Mayor, Michael Tubbs, and his organization End Poverty in California (EPIC), will hold a community listening session at the Fresno EOC Local Conservation Corps. Nearly 50 community residents will share their personal stories about poverty, immigration, and other topics impacting their lives.
