Enrollment counseling session w/ Monica Wilke.  ESI is provided through her husband's employer, but it is very expensive and they weren't sure if she could get APTC since she is self-employed and their income falls into the correct range. We created an account and put the kids through to Medicaid, but she didn't qualify for APTC so I provided education on her ESI options,
