Join USC Civic Engagement and Economic Partnerships and Small Business Majority for our quarterly Women Uplifting Women: Small Business Roundtable. Our topic for discussion this month is “Creating Synergy with your Customer.”

Bring your cup of coffee or tea and join us in fellowship with other women small business owners. Although these times can be challenging, we are all in this together. This will be an interactive session that will require your active participation. Our goal in hosting this space is to foster community, empower women business owners and provide ongoing learning opportunities. 

Our objectives include: 

• Learn what influences customer behavior 
• Understand what attracts your customer to your product or service
• Unpack and define the relationship you have with your customer
• Create a sustainable relationship with your customer
