Covid & Latina Businesses in Inland Southern California: Recovery and Resilience

Under the collaboration of NLWBA-IE and UC Riverside, the 2020 Latina Research Project identified the gaps, challenges, and most urgent needs for Latina-owned businesses in the Inland Empire to cope with the pandemic disruptions. It gained insights into which transformation drivers they have focused on and what are the key components for reinventing and pivoting.
