Over the last two years of living and working in a pandemic, community organizations and employers have met the challenges of providing up-to-date health information and resources for employees and community members. Now, we can reflect on the valuable lessons we have learned from those challenges.

Join us for a virtual round table discussion about how the challenges we have faced can help us strengthen health equity efforts in workplaces for the long-term. Community organizations and employers will discuss some of the best practices they have implemented in this effort.

Among these are providing culturally competent and relevant educational resources to workers, making paid time off and benefits available to workers so they can prioritize their health without worry, and bringing vaccines onsite or making them easily accessible for working people.

Speakers will include: Sasha Rosen, President of The Outreach Team; Carla Graciano, Outreach Coordinator at South Dakota Voices for Peace and others.
