Montina Young Fraiser is a seasoned small business advocate, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to strengthening Georgia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. As founder of CIA Media Group, a certified minority- and woman-owned marketing and business development firm, she brings over 20 years of experience supporting small businesses in growth strategy, technical assistance, government affairs and access to opportunity. Montina serves on the Georgia Small Business Council of Small Business Majority, where she volunteers her expertise to help identify and address the most pressing challenges facing small business owners across the state. Her work centers on policy advocacy, education, and community engagement to ensure a thriving and inclusive environment for Georgia’s diverse entrepreneurs.
