Amber Grey

Amber Grey is a first-generation Latina entrepreneur, wellness advocate and founder of Om To The Next Creatives, a Texas-based business that blends public speaking, in person & remote yoga flows, and mindfulness programming for individuals of all ages.

Her career began in the skies as a Delta flight attendant based in NYC, where she developed her interpersonal finesse and resilience in high-pressure environments. She later transitioned into the tech industry, bringing her relationship management skills to enterprise sales and client success roles at leading SaaS companies including VMware and Samsara. Amber credits much of her entrepreneurial nature to her grandfather Juan Guerrero who designed, produced and sold his own furniture for 30 years in Houston,Texas.

Amber’s work is rooted in advocacy, emotional intelligence, and creating access to wellness and empowerment for working mothers, professionals, and underserved rural communities. With experience bridging corporate and creative worlds, she’s passionate about helping shape inclusive policy, amplify diverse voices, and strengthen Texas’ small business ecosystem.
