Please join Small Business Majority's California Policy Director Bianca Blomquist, Access Plus Capital, and ICA Fund for a breakout session at Greenlining Institute's Just Futures Summit in Oakland on Thursday, October 19 and October 20. Using practical, in the field experience, we will identify challenges California faces in regulating high-cost financing, while exploring the innovative products and programs necessary to close the access to capital gap that exists for small business owners of color and women. We will also explore the role of local, state, and federal governments in protecting small business owners while fostering innovative solutions!
