Small Business Majority is excited to continue our monthly briefing calls for business organizations interested in learning about the latest developments in healthcare reform. These calls will help you stay informed about new benefits and rules affecting the small business community as we move closer to full implementation of the Affordable Care Act. <br>This month we are thrilled to have special guests from the U.S. Department of Labor and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services join us. They will provide an update on healthcare reform implementation in addition to speaking in depth about the Business Employee Notification Requirement that goes into effect for most businesses on October 1, and the SHOP insurance marketplaces that will open for enrollment in October as well. <br>This will be a 30-45 minute call each month for state-based and national business organizations reviewing recent rules and provisions in the Affordable Care Act.
