Celebrating California’s First-In-The-Nation Paid Leave Program: 20 Years After

Please join New America, California Work and Family Coalition, Legal Aid at Work, SEIU, UFCW, UNITE-LA, the Bay Area Council, and Small Business Majority as we hold an online celebration of the 20th anniversary of California's Paid Family Leave (PFL) program. This event will feature remarks from workers, business owners, policymakers, advocates, and researchers about PFL’s success, lessons learned, and implications for the future in California and beyond.
