Our high quality, small batch foods are inspired by family recipes and created by Kausar Ahmed, Pakistani-born long time chef, food stylist and author of the award-winning cookbook The Karachi Kitchen.
Hoping to solve the problem of not being able to find high-quality, preservative-free, Pakistani food products commercially, we craft all recipes from scratch using high quality plant-based ingredients. We develop trusted relationships with our suppliers, sourcing locally whenever possible to ensure freshness, support local, and reduce our carbon footprint. Our foods are produced by hand using traditional techniques and no artificial preservatives or additives to capture the authentic taste of Pakistani home cooking.
