This webinar will focus on how closing the health coverage gap will impact Texas small business owners. There are over 1 million Texans who fall into the "coverage gap" where they do not recieve employer-based health insurance and do not qualify for financial assistance through the new health insurance marketplaces established by the Affordable Care Act.
