CA Dept. of Tax and Finance Administration Women's History Month

 The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration’s (CDTFA) Diversity & Inclusion Volunteer Committee would like to invite you to speak to our agency on Thursday March 28^th, 2024, as our Women’s History Month guest speaker. This years’ theme is “Women supporting each other and everything that we do.”

This event will be internally broadcast to our statewide staff and you would speak directly about yourself and what you do with the Small Business Majority. After your introduction, you would join a discussion panel that will include women from CDTFA’s Executive Team and our Agency Director Nick Maduros. Topics of discussion may include mental health, sisterhood, learning to set boundaries, gender roles, sharing responsibilities, taking care of each other, self-care, getting over the guilt of saying “No”, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and how to empower women in our work place. We will be sure to provide you a set list of topics and/or questions prior to the event.
