Taija McRae

Taija McRae supports the organization's small business engagement efforts by interviewing small business owners, collecting stories and important small business owner data, and working collaboratively with the Outreach Team to facilitate educational events. She is a recent graduate of Bowie State University, and she previously worked at TEKsystems Inc as a payroll/accounts receivable specialist where she managed large accounts and supported several account managers. In her spare time, Taija volunteers for a scholarship program called ScholarCHIPs Inc., where she mentors and provides support to college students with incarcerated parents.
