Colorado Enterprise Fund
Colorado Enterprise Fund (CEF) is a nonprofit lending institution and a champion for small business. Founded in 1976, CEF provides the funding, training, resources and partnerships to help small businesses succeed and improve our communities’ economic vitality and diversity. Small business is critical to Colorado, representing over 96% of businesses in the state. CEF, independently or in partnership with other lending institutions, finances successful businesses that are unable to secure funding through traditional channels. CEF makes loans up to $250,000 to Colorado small businesses.

The Colorado Business Group on Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing employers and purchasers the opportunity to discuss healthcare/business-related issues, and formulate and implement local solutions to problems in healthcare cost and quality.

However, this recovery is threatened when small businesses are faced with costly and frivolous lawsuits brought on by patent assertion entities—commonly referred to as patent trolls. Small Business Majority's national scientific opinion polling found small firms support patent reform legislation that would help prevent patent trolls from targeting small businesses.
