Juniper Art Gallery is a woman-owned and operated small business located on the South Side of the beautifully renovated (and colorful!) historic Courthouse Square of Spencer, IN.
Juniper’s owner, Jaime Sweany, was raised in Indianapolis by two well-known Indiana artists Paul and Margaret Sweany. The gallery reflects her family’s lifelong love for both nature and art. These themes are prevalent in the art exhibited as well as a wide selection of local and regional gifts, cards, books, jewelry, ceramic housewares, toys, puzzles, and handmade products in the Artisan Shop. The shop also has a selection of international Fair-Trade gifts and clothing. Juniper offers several community enriching events, such as a book club featuring author talks with Q&A’s, a writing group, Self-Care Sundays, and Third Saturday Art & Music Series. Juniper’s main gallery space represents some of the most award-winning fine artists in the Midwest and is proud to bring such high-quality art and culture to Southern Indiana.
